The Role
A valuable, insightful and well rounded experience.
Colleagues at the bank are considered, proactive and inclusive. I was fortunate enough to work in a great team of people with vast professional backgrounds in finance.
Line and senior management were extremely supportive and provided the optimal level of guidance and assistance when needed.
Greater responsibility consistently throughout would have improved the placement but overall the balance was fair.
Commensurate with my experience given that I was in a technical team.
Very valuable experience, skills and knowledge gained going forward into my career and indeed my final year.
The Company
Collaborative and helpful
Very well, much better than peers at other financial institutions.
I was able to attend countless seminars and training courses on a wide range of topics to develop myself professionally.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Travel loan
Will be joining the graduate scheme next year.
The Culture
I was part of a very active cohort of 36.
Expensive - to be expected in the city.
As one would imagine being in central London.
I was able to take part in volunteering and there were many other similar opportunities.
