The Role
The internship was fantastic and gave me some amazing experiences that I otherwise would not have been able to receive
Mostly everybody is really friendly and always there to help with anything at any time
Any time I could go to them and receive any support or guidance that I may require
Was fairly busy most of the time as there was plenty to do
I was responsible for most of my daily activities
The skills and experience I have received will benefit me for life as it has given me real world insight into the aerospace/energy industry
The Company
Everybody was cheerful and relaxed and it was always a fun environment to work in
The internship was set up well with plenty of things to be looking at while allowing me to manage my own workload
I have learnt so much through the training and experience Rolls-Royce have provided me and seen a lot of different things to gather a further understanding into the business
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
It truly is a great company to work for with so many career prospects within the company
The Culture
there is a strong social scene, especially among interns/graduates, with everybody being really friendly, fun and talkative
I lived at home during the internship, however the place where I worked was slightly more expensive than where I lived
Not as good as Sheffield!
There were plenty of opportunities
