    • learning curve was steep but would've prefered a much better team environment

    • very few contact/involvement by other team members.

    • just once or twice, minimal guidance without proper instructions.

    • quite busy during the first half of the day, relatively relaxed during the later half.

    • very quite and formal, people not much involved with each other
