The Role
I enjoyed the variety in the work I was given.
I fell very valued; always showed support and explained tasks well and gave me constructive feedback.
To a high extent; answered all my queries and explained tasks at hand very well.
There were some very quiet periods, as well as busy periods; came in waves.
I'd say enough for an intern.
Communication and listening skills have improved as well as familiarity with Excel and Powerpoint. Meeting deadlines and chasing up emails is a useful skill too.
The Company
Calm and pleasant.
The department itself is well organised and gave me work when the opportunity arose.
There is a lot of personal development and training available and I feel the company does invest in you a lot with, for example, the various amounts of modules to learn from.
Flexi Time
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Travel loan
Very appealing
The Culture
Standard
Expensive but standard for the general area
Small town
Not as much as the London Offices and I also didn't know where to look for these opportunities.
