    • The support and feedback network at RPC was second to none. It was truly invaluable to have a dedicated supervisor and trainee buddy at each seat who genuinely took the time to give you positive and constructive feedback.

    • I think they will be invaluable as I continue into my career, with real experience in drafting and dealing with clients.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • It was perfectly structured to give the best exposure to all areas of the firm. With time in two different seats and talks from people from across the firm as well as activities that gave an insight into the legal world itself, the scheme was very well structured.

    • The team at RPC made you feel like you were already a trainee, with dedicated and supportive members across the firm.

    • As mentioned to have an associate supervisor and trainee in each seat as well as an overall trainee buddy was truly invaluable. They genuinely took the time to give me positive and constructive feedback to help me progress.

    • This was a great insight into RPC and I would definitely recommend it to a friend who wanted to learn more about RPC and a career as a lawyer. I have never been at a firm that offers so much support.
