The Role
Interesting work Freedom to explore different areas within the company Opportunity to gain hands-on insights on industry latest technology
My work contributes to the overall project. I felt my dedication is valued and I can see the results of my effort.
Company culture is very supportive and open. If you take the initiative to learn from people within the company, most of them will happily sit down and spend time to guide you. My line manager does a fantastic job in making sure I am challenged and not overworked at the same time
I have the freedom to take up smaller projects or help out on current projects from other teams that I am interested in. To make the best out of my internship, I tried to keep myself as busy as I can while not overworking myself.
One main responsibility on the team project. Multiple side responsibility for smaller projects and initiative I started.
Industry specific knowledge IT Software expertise Interpersonal Skills Not directly related to my degree but I believe these skills will be very useful in improving my career prospect.
The Company
Supportive Helpful Friendly Honest
Very well organized Good combination of intern learning events and networking events
There are plenty of learning materials provided by the company. Will be great if we have more training (variety and frequency) throughout the internship
Very friendly and supportive environment.
The Culture
Yes ! Most of the interns are really friendly and helpful to each other. Multiple intern events organized by intern ourselves to get more time together. Otherwise, interns will be spending most of their time on their work
It would be great if the cost can go lower
Plenty of bars and clubs
