The Role
Very demanding and high expectations to fulfill a full time role - amazing internship but tough.
Very quickly fulfilled a full time role and took a lot of BAU off the rest of my team members. Wasn't treated like an intern.
Manager very busy - had a kind of sub manager who was a great help. Also had a buddy and mentor to go to.
Very very busy! Worked about 12 hours a day.
Was responsible for doing about 9 hours BAU work at least plus any ad hoc (usually a lot) and projects per day. If I was out or had intern events my team would have to cover me - so I had a lot of responsibility from the start.
Teaches you everything from soft skills to more technical knowledge.
The Company
Being on the trading floor meant it was busier and faster paced.
Very well - had many events as well as day to day work
Had training events plus the online training centre
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym

Hopefully will be offered a place on the grad scheme
The Culture
