The Role
I was placed in a team with very friendly people, and found the work both interesting and enjoyable.
Through the work I was given, I was able to complete a project that had genuine value to the business.
Whenever I needed assistance colleagues/managers were always happy to help. Otherwise I was given the independence to work on my own.
It varied, some days very busy - other days it was more quiet.
The responsibility to carry out my projects was quite a large one.
I had already finished my studies when I started at Fidelity, it certainly helped with my introduction into the working world.
The Company
Very friendly, everyone was approachable.
Very well organised both within our teams and after work socials.
We went through a lot of training in just 8 weeks.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing.
The Culture
Yes. We often met up after work etc.
Living in central London is always going to be expensive. But you learn how to avoid spending too much.
Very good.
Not too many as far as I was aware. I think there is an opportunity to start after work sports nights etc.
