The Role
I had a lot of responsibilities and real tasks, that had the direct impact on business.
Colleagues were very friendly, treated me as equal, with respect, would always ask if I am alright, if I need any help. They would also always invite me for the after-work drinks.
My manager was extremely supportive and helpful, a true mentor, guiding me all the way and at the same time giving me complete freedom to find my way and complete the task on time.
I had weekly tasks as well as new tasks every week, but there was always time to chat and bond with colleagues and do a lot of quality work.
I had a lot of responsibility, assisting my manager with the tasks (e.g. forecast reports), as well as communicating with C-level Executives and helping to bring more revenue to the company.
I learned the most valuable skills in life and career - persistence, determination, resilience, hard-work. I learned a lot about telecommunications and IT industries and cyber security in particular, as I was working in that field.
The Company
It was good; although people were extremely busy, they found time to chat with their colleagues.
It was good.
I did some online and a classroom training, that helped me better understand the business we operate in and helped building business acumen.

Working from home
People are great and the company is impressive. I had a talk with managers about the future opportunities.
The Culture
The social scene was great and with some colleagues, we still remained friends.
It was expensive (Frankfurt and Stockholm), and only for surviving a person would need to spend at least $1000.
It was really awesome!
Absolutely, everything depends on the person, how outgoing he/she is.
