The Role
I has been a very well-rounded programme, with diverse work and exposure to more senior people. It has been a truly learning experience, which as a student is very valuable!
My opinion has been accepted by the fellow interns if assigned to work, and by the colleagues of the team I have been individually assigned.
Support was available when needed, and it cam exactly when it was needed. Everyone in my team is proactive, and there's nothing wrong with trying it on your own first, and then ask for help if couldn't get past a blocker.
It's a busy environment as that is the medium, but it depends on the team as well.
I was given just the right amount of responsibility.
Having done other internships in other investment banks, I can definitely point the difference in the training that is being offered. I have further developed across the board, and I have experience technology from another point of view. It taught me the importance of testing, which I will definitely put accent on from now on.
The Company
It has been a good environment with a quite social team - frequent team lunches. It all depends on the team, but the internship programme was well organised in terms of the events organised.
The programme is very organised with given diversity of events - diverse speaker series from senior people and networking events.
There has been training provided from the team I joined and also from the immediate extended team.

I have experience the culture and the extent of how the job of a technologist is useful across the business. There are plenty of opportunities.
The Culture
There were plenty of events organised with the fellow interns' group.
It was acceptable.
A great environment to go for a drink after work with the team or with fellow interns or graduates.
A sporting challenge for a charity was organised amongst interns and full time employees.
