  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?

    • We are afraid how Brexit is going to play out but we are confident that the firm will do well. In this market environment being in a big American bank is the most defensive strategy in such a sensitive industry. Moreover, BAML is known for not laying off excessively in crisis times and handling their employees well so I am hoping for the best.

    • Very integrated intern class, lots of team events!

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • Frankly, besides the joy of spending some nights out we know that this is an investment so even though I do have an excel file tracking my daily spendings by category (and a moving average of this which has doubled in the last few weeks) I don't worry about money, it was all worth it.
