The Role
Very interesting field of work, requires a lot of prior knowledge though
friendly feedback and appreciation of every effort to participate wherever I could
support could have been more extensive on methodology of project but everyone tried to help when time permitted to do so
Very busy each day, Mix of project, weekly jobs and one-off tasks
Responsibility was adequate in the framework of the job scope and project
deeper understanding of my specific field, as well as a new perspective on analysis of strategies
The Company
positive atmosphere, open space to discuss ideas and friendly interaction
very well organised and strucutred
a lot of investment in training and development, the prior training should have been more desk specific though as the introduction week was too low level repetition for someone with a finance back ground and could have been used for specific knowledge needed at the markets oriented desks.
very appealing
The Culture
social scene had to be self organized
expensive
there was a touch rugby team
