The Role
To a really large extent, the people were supportive and everyone wanted to help
The concern for how I was doing by most people and whether I was enjoying myself felt really great
As indicated the support was really there and everyone wanted to help. I had analysts always asking me how I was doing and making sure I was involved in what they were doing
I had enough work to do, lot of exposure and was not boring at all. In terms of being busy, I wouldn't say I was as I went into a role where 'busy' to some is normal. I never missed a deadline and I had enough time to work
There was a lot of exposure. I was in meetings with senior management and this really felt great and I had work to do following those meetings. I felt I was part of something and contributing to the team
I am done with my degree but I believe these skills will help me fit into this organization and I can work anywhere and succeed
The Company
I mean I like it, I like calm. There is a bit of calm and friendliness where you can talk to everyone, but you also know everyone is busy so you are respectful of other people's times as well - once you can do that you will find the atmosphere really accomodating
Good. Really good. I mean we had training and got to our desk and emails and logistics were set up. I didn't have to ask for anything. A good thing to add maybe will be staffer review to find out which interns are doing too much and which ones are doing too little
I had two weeks of training in Ghana, another two weeks of training in London. That to me is a lot of investments
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
I want to work here
The Culture
It was like this bunch of people who came from all over and then suddenly became a class and like all classes, we became friends and yeah we moved along
This is London, so yeah
Great place to work at - and so many places to go to in the evenings which were not far from here
Yes there were. Running, mix touch rugby, community service, visiting the museum etc.
