The Role
It wasn't exciting and no group intern events were hosted by the company
It completed depends on your department and manager. I did feel valued but not close in a friendly sense.
My manager did give me guidance a lot however she is also incredibly busy herself.
It varied from day to day, sometimes I was dead and sometimes super busy
a fair amount, my manager checked most of the work I did so I did have a security net to make sure I didn't do anything wrong.
I have learnt a lot, the entire experience has been a huge learning curve and I have learnt many transferable skills
The Company
Again, it depends what department you're in. in general it was quite fun but I am in a very studious team.
It was well organised and most things such as IT ran smoothly
a fair amount, there were trainings on certain products etc so I do think they invest a lot in their interns
As a copmany, I would consider them
The Culture
The interns kind of created their own events as nothing was organised by the company
Anywhere in central London is going to be very expensive and this was no different
Still expensive though
They may be but I was not aware of them
