  • Good placement with good people, but the IT systems were sometimes frustrating even when trying to complete simple tasks

  • Line manager always available and willing to help. Excellent

  • At the start very quiet, at times extremely busy, but mostly ok

  • Empowered to complete appropriate tasks, but difficult to own too much due to the fact that clients need continuity and consistency, not being passed from person to person

  • Didn't get to attend the induction event as it was my second placement - I feel I missed out on some things as a result. Communications from Internships Team and Emerging Talent sometimes confusing
