The Role
I loved my placement in Digital Banking. It was so varied and I gained a lot of insight into the world wide web and how it works and how to be successful in it.
My colleagues are amazing. They welcomed me with open arms and were always there to support me. Really lovely people
The support was amazing. There was never a time when I felt there was nobody I could turn to.
I always had something interesting to do. The job were really too. I was never doing the same thing from one day to the next.
I was made lead designer on the 'how to apply for a credit card page' and that was perfect for me.
I knew a lot of what was included in the webinars but for design and digital, the training I received was perfect and really useful. I got a great insight.
The Company
It was really good because the customer service side was fun and everyone in digital is really friendly and fun. Everyone is approachable and open to a laugh. Everyone works really hard but there's no competition or blame culture here. Perfect.
Really organised. My line manager didn't plan everything but he was spontaneous, always had something in the pipeline for me and was always on the lookout for opportunities.
I was given a realistic challenge which was really insightful and beneficial. I was also challenged in my everyday work. I felt very invested in.

Very. I don't know if I got onto the graduate scheme yet but I really want it.
The Culture
Perfect. I loved my accommodation and my colleagues were always inviting me out
Fine, affordable and plenty of choice of shops and transport.
Amazing! Leeds has a great atmosphere. We loved it
Not really. There was day to make a difference and our charity challenge but not much more other than after work drinks :) which was fine
