The Role
It has been an insightful experience, which I am grateful for. I have particularly enjoyed meeting a varied assortment of individuals and learning more about the different areas of the company.
I have felt my colleagues to be welcoming.
I was given a project and was provided support whenever I have asked for it.
It fluctuates. In general, I have felt particularly more busy towards the end of the internship, when compared to the beginning.
I was given ownership of a project and responsibility to have it completed.
The skills I have developed have been one of the greatest take away form this internship. I feel they will prove to be particularly useful in the future in terms of both my degree and career.
The Company
My office was generally open and friendly.
It was very organised and I was impressed.
The company invested a lot in personal training and development, all the way throughout the internship.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
The future employment prospects are very appealing.
The Culture
The intake of interns were very social. I was able to find people to go to events with on most weeks.
The prices are quite steep, but it's inline with central London prices.
The nightlife was relatively good and there was a lot of variety.
I was involved in the weekly rugby club, as well as partaking in rock climbing activities with colleagues. There was also an opportunity to take part in running.
