The Role
The internship provides the opportunity to contribute to the R-R business. Training is available to interns during their time. The whole experience is enjoyable.
Interns are made to feel very welcome and valued in the company.
Occassionally managers/supervisors are too busy to provide adequate support.
Busy the vast majority of the time but when guidance was needed it was not always available.
Responsibilty to get information from senior engineers.
Significant training exists in the form of online modules and face to face training courses.
The Company
A pleasant working atmosphere.
Generally very well organised at HR level.
Some training courses were mandatory, others available as required.

Defined route on to graduate scheme following internship.
The Culture
The social side of the internship was excellent due to the number of interns and induction days providing opportunities to socialise.
Bristol has many options for housing and socialising.
Bristol nightlife is varried and caters for all tastes.
Sporting and social activities are varied and regular.
