The Role
I had a very supportive line manager and team but there wasn't always enough to do.
I felt well supported and valued.
We had weekly one to ones and someone was always on hand to help when I had problems.
There were a few days when I had very little to do.
I supported a key process.
I felt the technical coding training in particular was a very useful skill.
The Company
Very laid back and friendly.
There was a good structure in place.
They gave me a few weeks to train in coding, which was very useful.
I think it's a pleasant place to work but it's not the field I'm looking to go into.
The Culture
There were many opportunities for socials.
Restaurants and pubs are pretty expensive.
N/A - I commuted in from Sussex so never experienced the nightlife.
There are lots of socials.
