The Role
9, was an amazing experience and taught me so much. Everyone made me feel involved and welcome and everyone I met was so amazing. The placement felt less of a job and more fun.
10, everyone was extremely nice to me and always made me feel comfortable and was always there for me. They all made sure nothing was wrong and if anything was wrong then they were fast to help.
10, my line manager was really really helpful and gave me lots of support and guidance to flourish and make the most of my internship, I was given a variety of tasks to make my placement as fun and interactive as possible.
8, I would say I've been quite busy however on my placement I was also given lots of flexibility with no pressure of deadlines and was given tasks that I could do to make sure I had nothing to do. Being kept busy was good because it meant I was always getting involved and learning new skills.
7, I was given lots of responsibility and able to help my line manager on her projects that would be shown to Russell Galley which is a huge thing. I thoroughly enjoyed each part of the task.
7, I've learnt lots of skills by being here, especially organisation as this was something I wasn't great at before the internship. Given lots of opportunity to enhance my independent and team learning which will help lots at uni.
The Company
8-Everyone was really friendly and helpful. In the morning they would all ask about my weekend and how I was. everyone made me feel involved and a part of the team. Everyone was supportive of my development and made sure I was always okay and was not given too much work.
8- The placement was really well organised. I was given a variety of tasks and was given lots of tasks to do throughout so there was never a moment where I felt like I had nothing to do or felt bored. Was well balanced with lots of flexibility.
8- they gave me lots of training and development. I was able to attend many workshops and training and then this allowed me to use this in a real life scenario and put this into place when it came to my job. completed lots of online training too.

8- I really want a job here because this job doesn't feel like a job and I want to enjoy what I do in future and love what I do. Theres so much progression available and so much help and support and I don't think you can get this anywhere else.
The Culture
8- they always invited me to team meetings and anything that meant meeting new people and socialising. everyone was really friendly and helpful and there were many socials that meant I could interact with llyods interns. There could've been more especially within office locations, however overall it was good.
7- many of the drinking events were during happy hour, however some events such as boat party, rooftop party were quite pricey. But otherwise easy things such as ping pong etc was cheap and manageable once a week.
6- London has lots of nightlife, although I didn't participate in many the night life here is really pretty and convienient. however in the placement there was nothing offered during the nightlife, so I didn't go to much. But as a local I know that London has lots.
5- because of timings and lack of enthusiasm from fellow interns there weren't many oppurinties to get involved in activities outside of work. However a group of friends I made would have weekly meet ups which made I could get involved in acitivies after work.
