The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at JPMC. From day one, the company made an effort to ensure everyone felt involved and valued - from socials to networking breakfasts, and everything in between, my time at JP Morgan has been immense.
Everybody I met on the trading floor had ample time to discuss questions, as well as give their insights into what happens day-to-day. My direct team involved me from day one, helping to breakdown any 'hierarchy' fears I had prior to joining.
The Company
Training was provided prior to starting, which continued throughout my time here. Most learning was essentially 'on the job', as well as absorption through shadowing and meetings.
