The Role
This was a fantastic experience, I met some great people and I would recommend anyone to work here.
Everyone is very welcoming and approachable to talk to
My manager was great, she was here to help me with anything I needed.
There was never a day when I didn't have something to do, I was always busy
I was given my own project which had to be completed by the time I finished my internship. It was important as the department I was working for was relying on me to get it done so they could make the portal go live.
This taught me skills such as product management, development plan, communication, collaboration, technical skills and many more. You gained a lot of skills when you work here.
The Company
The atmosphere was good, everyone was approachable and it was quite busy at times.
The internship was co-ordinated very well but the challenging thing was getting software.
I felt a part of the firm as we had to take the same training that all the employees had to take.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
You can see clear career progression here and your always reminded of this.
The Culture
I got on very well with all the interns and colleagues, I made lots of friends. It wasn't just in my location I had friends in all the locations.
I didnt stay in the location so i cant comment on it.
The events I went too was really good, had a great time with some great people
There was a sports day which was really good and other activities but I found it hard to get involved with some of the other activities.
