The Role
Inclusive and collaborative work environment, impactful projects to complete throughout the internship, and strong exposure to the firm's different teams.
Very kind and supportive colleagues.
Clear objective setting process and performance reviews, alongside informal exposure to senior employees.
Work was intense but rewarding.
Multiple projects to complete over the summer that were aimed at being relevant to the team.
Improved understanding of the markets and technical tools such as VBA.
The Company
Collaborative and inclusive.
Extremely well organized, both from a training / performance management / formal and informal exposure to fellow interns and senior management
1 week of training with sessions ranging from financial markets to public speaking skills. Additional sessions added throughout the internship to meet the areas of improvement spotted by the managers. Meetings and lunches organized for the class of interns with senior management. Weekly conference calls with a different teams within the bank.

Very close-knit intern class (we went together to parties, weekends in the country, brunches, etc.), occasional drinks with other colleagues.
