Colleagues were amazing. Their efforts really showed in making me fit in with the team.
My manager gave me very specific goals to hit during the first week and assigned a few very willing mentors to guide me to reach those goals.
There's always something to help out within the team. Ranging from aiding large-scale projects to administrative work.
I was given the opportunity to explore business-as-usual responsibilities along with project-based responsibilities.
I got to understand the importance of process management in Tech. The training facilities taught me new software development skills that will definitely aid my degree, along with the opportunity to communicate with experienced professionals.
The Company
Open-space office with business casual dress. Very tech-industry like.
Very organized with a good mix of networking and social events along with time to explore my team's responsibilities.
I was given a large budget to explore the training facilities to professionally develop myself.
