The Role
It was very insightful and allowed me to work on "real" projects and get a "real" feeling of the bank
I thought my direct colleagues were OK
Significant levels of guidance, which was good given that I am new to this industry
The day generally started at 0830 and finished at 2200. Sometimes you could breathe in between, often you could not
Quite a lot, especially on live deals
Significantly - It was only two months but the insights were amazing
The Company
It is a busy environment and people do not really have time to do anything else but work. It really depends on the teams you interact with - some are more fun than others
It was amazing. Hats off to the people who structured it.
I thought they invested a lot, starting from the formal training to the informal training, the presentations from senior staff etc. They invested a lot
Financial Bonus
Not sure yet, we will see
The Culture
Yes, there was a great scene
Pretty high, but this is London and therefore expected
Quiet - its an office area, so when people leave everything calms down
