The Role
Very much, it was stimulating and made you feel very much a part of the team.
I thought that feedback on work done for them made me feel very valuable.
I was always given advice and kept in the loop of everything that was going on.
It was sporadic, but at non busy times I was expected to make myself busy and add value.
I was given as much as legally possible, and was made to feel like my work would directly help the team.
It was very helpful for basic skills, as well as admin, team work, reliability and other traits.
The Company
Really vibrant and diverse, great if you enjoy a loud working environment.
Couldn't fault it, maybe needed a few more lessons.
The firm invest a lot in you, in time and money. With social events and networking all very well done.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Very appealing, with clear progressions explained to you, and explanations of how to get there.
The Culture
The interns have lots of socials organised and have become a good group of friends.
It was very expensive living in central London, but sharing is possible and you can live further out to mitigate this.
Very good, best city in the world for it.
Yes, lots of work teams for sports and other events.
