The Role
I don't think it's for me - I wasn't interested in any of the work I was given.
Sometimes loads of stuff dumped on me at once, sometimes sitting doing nothing for hours.
Experience in talking to people, AGILE methods of development, and what a big company is like. Not going to help with the degree, but will with job searching.
The Company
I find its too cramped there- I realize it's a big company and a lot of people need to call people from all over the world, but it's loud. I felt lonely and uncomfortable so surrounded by people.
Events were not set up well at all. Work was set up well a thte start until they ran out of things to give me.
Financial Bonus
Healthcare/Dental
I really don't want to work here- Many of the interns I've talked to have loved it, but this isn't where I want to end up.
The Culture
All anyone wants to talk about is their work or brag about their universities at lunch. Other than that they go out drinking, but I'm teetotal so that wasn't for me. I haven't made friends here.
It's Glasgow- The salary they give you is more than you need for rent etc.
Don't know, don't drink.
Interns organized pub crawls etc between themselves over facebook, and there were three nights out.
