The Role
Really enjoyed. I got good exposure to different teams and a good amount of responsibility on projects
Everything happens at such a fast pace it is difficult to tell how valued you are by your colleagues
I got good guidance overall. I was given more guidance on some projects compared to others
Very busy mostly everyday, but it was manageable
On some projects I was given a great deal of responsibility which I enjoyed
Have not learnt many new things, but certain things I definitely can take away for the future
The Company
People work very hard but also have fun at the same time
Managed to get on a number of different projects and with the teams I wanted to. Also had good amount of training and learning sessions. Networking events were also very well organised
For the duration of the internship (10 weeks), the training was sufficient
I would recommend the bank to prospective employees
The Culture
Yes very good - out of office events held nearly every week
London is an extremely expensive area
Good nightlife in London
Due to long hours owkred, not really
