The Role
My internship was an eye-opener exposing me to different cultures and people. I enjoyed it a lot.
My colleagues helped me to integrate into the business culture an dthey always had time to lend a helping hand. I felt valued and respected
Management provide the necessary resources for me to succeed, through seminars, training sessions etc.
I was busy most of the time and depending on the workflow at a during a particlular period it can be intense or laid back
I was encouraged to continuously ask questions and I was given a lot of autonomy in handling some projects I worked. Very fun and exciting stuff
The skills I developed are immensely valuable and these skills will help me in whatever career path I may find myself
The Company
It was generally buzzing and full of activities. Every week there were training programmes on different aspects of banking
Very well organised
They invested a lot. Going to the extgent of creating a platform to meet and interact with senior leaders
Subsidised Canteen
There's an open opportunity for all
The Culture
Everyone generally got on well
It was generally OK. Moderate cost.
Very exciting!
There we a lot especially during weekends.
