  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Although the internship was very challenging, I enjoyed the work environment and the projects I was given.

  • Everyone was always willing to help if they were free and the work I was given would be useful the team so I felt valued.

  • On both my rotations, the line managers were very involved with the interns and I had a good mentor who would meet up with me weekly to discuss how I was getting along

  • As I was given my projects early on, I was quite busy throughout the day as I would shadow people as well as collect information for my project.

  • The work I was given would be useful to the team so I felt like I was given quite a bit of responsibility.

  • This internship has taught me how to network well, work efficiently and gave me a good understanding of how the business works.

  • The internship was very well organised as we had many opportunities to shadow other desks as well as meet people across the bank at regular events.
