The Role
The Company
There is a lot of positivity in the office and everyone tried to make work very enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed working with each other and had a really good chance to make friends outside of work. People were happy to talk to each other about their work and other affairs.
The internship is fairly well organised. The lunch and learn sessions were helpful, especially the personal training carried-out through out the internship.
There was an induction event for all of the interns in London on the first day. It was a good introduction to the company and there was advice from senior leaders. External trainers for an array of hard and soft skills are hired and we are given intensive training session for topics that are relevant in the execution of our day to day duty here in the firm.
There is a high chance of securing future employment for candidates who are able to impress throughout their time at the organisation.
The Culture
Despite being a fairly quite bunch we managed to go for drinks and other outings on weekly bases.
