The Role
From the very beginning i have been fully implemented into the team, and very much feel like i am valued here. All staff have been hugely encouraging and helpful.
I feel like a full member of the team and treated with respect
i couldnt ask for anything more from my line manager and other colleagues.
i have lots of key responsibilities and hold regular meetings. i am never short of things to do.
i have lots of key responsibilities and hold regular meetings.
i feel like going back to Uni for the final year will be a lot easier with the experience i have gained.
The Company
team was a bit stretched at times on a demanding project. however this gave me a great opportunity to get my teeth stuck into things i would not have otherwise.
bit of confusion at the start but everything was rectified quickly
line manager, project managers and construction managers always gave me the time of day to progress and learn. i was never a burden and given every opportunity to develop.
Company Parties/Events
i would 100% join mace full time if the opportunity is presented to me.
The Culture
being at the airport is a bit isolated from the main body of placement students. however as a mature student this doesn't bother me. still had the opportunity to visit other sites people were working on in central London.
