The Role
I found my placement to be excellent, I learnt a lot and was made to feel very welcome by all the members of staff.
They had just lost a member of staff and needed an extra set of hands. As I was experienced they valued my help and allowed me to become part of the team.
A great deal, I always felt that she was happy to give me her time and answer any questions I had.
Very busy, I always had plenty of things to do, but did not feel pressured or over powered.
I was trusted to dispense, advise customers over the counter, answer the phone and deal with queries.
I found that all the work I was doing was relevant to my course and the folder provided was helpful and instructive.
The Company
Very good, all of the members of staff were friendly and welcomed me.
Very well, I was paid on time, my folder had already arrived at the store and I new in advance when my placement started. However, I was moved from the original store I was supposed to be at despite my asking not to be.
Very much so, I felt my my placement was incredibly valuable and am very grateful for my experience.
Flexi Time
