The Role
To a large extent, the work itself was enjoyable and provided an excellent learning experience.
The atmosphere was very freindly.
The line manager provided plenty of helpful feedback and new ideas to work on.
Busy enough that there was always something to do, not so busy as to be unable to relax during a break. Excellent balance.
Working on a group project there was plenty of scope for individual ideas. We had responsibility for ensuring we kept sensible working hours.
The skills developed will certianly be helpful for degree study, in particular for a computational project to be carried out in 4th year.
The Company
Really freindly, great working environment. Plenty of people around to chat to or play a quick game of table tennis.
Very well, the application process was incredibly streamlined and responses were fast.
Plenty of time was put into ensuring that all were learning constantly.
