The Role
This internship has been an eye opener. The blend of diversity and time where class room courses came alive coupled with sound exposures all had been purposeful and insightful. This has had a remarkable effect in my life.
The Company
The work atmosphere is generally cordial.
Activities and events are well organized and communicated ahead of time.
The company used various platforms such of weekly WebEx trainings , Seminars on various topics ,events with senior leaders and other opportunities to work shadow on others desks across the floor.

Over the years the bank has been rated number 1 for graduates employment. This year I look forward to a favourable end of internship review.
The Culture
Interns were helpful and cordial. Some others were possibly competitive but the general work culture of the bank did not encourage a "pull him down" attitude.
The cost of socialising in the environs is expensive.
Interns are not permitted to work deep into the night .
The organisational structure allowed both employees and interns to be members of several networks within the bank.
