The Role
Enjoyed it a lot - it was a very good experience, which helped me to develop both personally and professionally.
Vast majority of colleagues tried to treat me as part of the team, thus it was easy to accommodate and make few friends.
I am satisfied with the level of support and guidance received from supervisor - each question was answered and each issue resolved.
Overall I would say it was well balanced, however there were days of being bored, and many more days of being extremely busy.
I am satisfied with received level of responsibility - the more you are trusted by the colleagues the more responsibility you get - so its usually down to intern abilities.
Internship in Investment Banking is always a school of life - you can't get such experience anywhere else.
The Company
Very good
Well-organised, with minor issues.
Depends how we define personal training. I treat my whole placement as a personal training and in that terms it was "Everything". If we only consider additional trainings - then it was pretty limited.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing - would love to continue my careers with the Bank.
The Culture
Yes, we treated ourselves as friends, not competitors, thus the atmosphere was really good.
High
Rich - everyone can find something fitting their needs.
Reasonable amount.
