  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I enjoyed my internship a lot this year. I was placed in a challenging and new role where I had to quickly pick up a new set of skills which have proved to be extremely useful.

  • I felt valued to an extent however as I was learning the role I could not easily provide useful input to the current project.

  • Support was fair. I learned that I needed to speak up at an earlier stage if I had any problems if I could not perform a specific task.

  • Not very as I was working on separate project which was not extremely demanding.

  • A fair amount.

  • The skills that I picked up enabled me to think logically about certain problems and also to investigate different ways of performing certain tasks.

  • Atmosphere was excellent. Respectful and relaxed environment enabled me to work well and effieciently.

  • Very well organized.

  • The firm invests a lot of resources into the interns and talent development.

  • Yes, everyone was keen to have a positive time during the internship.

  • The cost of living and socializing was relatively cheap.

  • Nightlife was fantastic but don't get caught up in availing of it too much!
