The Role
I enjoyed my internship a lot this year. I was placed in a challenging and new role where I had to quickly pick up a new set of skills which have proved to be extremely useful.
I felt valued to an extent however as I was learning the role I could not easily provide useful input to the current project.
Support was fair. I learned that I needed to speak up at an earlier stage if I had any problems if I could not perform a specific task.
Not very as I was working on separate project which was not extremely demanding.
A fair amount.
The skills that I picked up enabled me to think logically about certain problems and also to investigate different ways of performing certain tasks.
The Company
Atmosphere was excellent. Respectful and relaxed environment enabled me to work well and effieciently.
Very well organized.
The firm invests a lot of resources into the interns and talent development.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Very appealing. It would be great to workin in such a challenging and demanding environment.
The Culture
Yes, everyone was keen to have a positive time during the internship.
The cost of living and socializing was relatively cheap.
Nightlife was fantastic but don't get caught up in availing of it too much!
There are if you actively seek these opportunities.
