The Role
Very good working environment and team, focused on hard work but also on building up a
Staffer was supportive from the beginning, allocating each intern to specific analyst/associate and the project they were on and providing instant feedback. Each time I had capacity or a project finished, I would be reassigned to another one.
Busy from the beginning with pitches/deals, was asked to help around from the start. August was even busier than July/June in my case.
As one would expect, more responsibility as the weeks went by. Started with pitches and being supervised most of the time by analysts, but final 2-3 weeks involved in deals with no supervision and much more responsibility.
The Company
Positive atmosphere, made it easy to work hard. Very supportive team and the bank overall seamed to be like a "large family".
One week training before the internship started, constant other opportunities after that and direct training from fellow analysts.
