The Role
had a very good summer, met a lot of great people and worked somewhere i can definitely recommend.
felt very valued by colleagues, regular interaction and feedback.
managers were very keen to help, provide answers to questions about my work and future career path.
this depended on the days work, no two days were the same and i would have different volumes of work accordingly.
felt that for the work i was doing the level of responsibility i had was fair.
in depth training in presentation skills which will be every useful outside of the internship
The Company
reasonably relaxed, the work was challenging and could not be described as dull.
very clear, only issue was not knowing exactly which department i would be in until the day iarrived, would have liked some communication on this beforehand to prepare.
had five days worth of induction and extra training and always had opportunity to attend talks and courses for personal development.
