The Role
I have thoroughly enjoyed the work on my internship
Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming
In general I have been given a lot of support through my internship, although there has been some uncertainty around who I should consider my manager although no one in particular was to blame for that.
I have been maybe a little too busy, but it has been my own choice to take on more work.
I have been given more responsibilty than was expected.
I have been given fantastic opportunites and exposure, everyone at Coutts is very keen to support your development.
The Company
There is a great atmosphere in the office and the team are all really nice.
Everything has been exceptionally well organised
As I metioned we have been given fantastic opportunities.
We don't know if we have a job yet - but I would really like one!
The Culture
The perfect balance.
I think we are under paid compaered to other internships. However, I haven't chosen to do the internship for money and I would've still done it if I wasn't being paid.
It's central London!
There were considerable opportunites
