The Role
I had an excellent experience
My manager was incredibly enthusiastic and my team were lovely
I had weekly 1 to 1s and meetings with differnt colleagues on almost a daily basis
I had a great deal of work to do. My manager made sure i always had several tasks to complete at all times
I chaired and presented the team meetings as well as creating my own packs. I also had to create a user guide for the internal social media platform which was circulated to the whole PMO team.
My employability skills increased dramatically, I leanred how to use excel and PowerPoint to the extent that I was presenting how to get the best out of microsoft office to fellow colleagues. I also gained the confidence to chair meetings.
