The Role
I really enjoyed my internship as i thought it was extremely fun and enjoyable and i think i did a lot in my internship that was helpful and fun and i wish i could do it all over again and again. It was a great experience.
I thinky my team were very helpful and nice and they helped me a lot and made sure i felt like i was a part of the team and always gave me good work to do and not menial tasks or admin work and therfore i felt like i was part of the team.
i felt like i was always supported all the time regardless of whether i felt i needede the support or not. my team and my line manager made sure i always had what i needed. my manager always had meetings with me to give advise and help.
i was so busy i can no treally put it in to words and explain how busy i really was. i always had stuff to do and really good and enjoyable stuff at that. it was not a case of boring, but intersting and complex things i did.
i was given so much responsibility and i loved it it was amazing. i felt like they put all their trust in me and asked me to deliver work which would directly affect their job it was so fun and amazing i loved it.
ok so basically the way i see it is that the skills i learn i will be able to apply. while i learnt some technical skills i could put to use in a bank further down the line etc i learn a lot of soft skills as well and that is really for me.
The Company
the atmosphere was so great i can not even begin to explain how nice and enjoyable it was to work in such an area. every one was happy and a delight to work with. there was casual banter but also real hard work done.
well it was set up really well and there was not much that i can complain about if anything at all. every thing was in place from day one and i felt like i did not have to do much in terms of prep when i joined up.
well they invetsed a lot of time and effort and money in to me i can not even begin to be thankful for all of that. they paid me really well and gave me a lot of their time all the way up to board level. and also they let me do loads for charity.
