The Role
It was a slow start, some days are a lot busier than others but good overall
Everyone listens to you and values your opinion. You feel like you are doing meaningful work.
Everyone in my team was very keen to listen, help and provide feedback.
Could have had a lot more to do.
More than I had anticipated.
I will take a lot of what I learned during my internship into my final year.
The Company
The atmosphere in my team was great, everyone in the rest of the office was friendly and helpful as well.
The way expenses are claimed should be clearer, but overall well organised
We were flown to London for an induction, then during the internship we were given online training to do.
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
KPMG is definitely a company I would like to work for in the future.
The Culture
In the short time provided there wasn't much opportunity to mix with other graduates, however the other interns managed to socialise with each other a bit.
Fairly expensive
The nightlife is good but I wasn't able to share the experience with other interns.
During my placement I only had one event which was a CSR day, however I am aware that other interns had other things planned for them.
