The Role
Great people, very friendly and welcoming. They involved me in all aspects and allowed me some free reign to explore different sites and get a greater understanding of what the team does.
Due to being the final summer scheme student there was some feeling of being a little fed up pf hveing so many work experience people in over the summer, can't really blame them! Aside, they were very grateful for any work I completed and shoed lots of appreciation.
Incredibly supportive throughout.
Most days I was out and about viewing sites and developments. Also had a good level of work in the office to get on with in the gaps.
Not masses but they were not patronising in any way.
This month has really cemented my preference of residential over commercial and therefore made the decision when applying a lot easier.
The Company
So fun, but they work very hard!
Very well organised and smoothly run.
At least 2 talks a week on different departments and APC/ qualifications going forward. Very useful!
Well I'd love to be back!
The Culture
Great social environment, graduate socials some evenings too.
London in general is incredibly expensive, no changing that!
Great, its London
We had a great evening in Hyde park with some of the Grad's playing rounders.
