The Role
The working atmosphere is faultless. The work was stimulating and well balanced.
Very.
I was encouraged to ask questions and raise issues whenever they were present. Support / guidance was brilliant from everyone in the office.
An early project took a bit more time than scoped, but on the whole I had a perfect amount of work to do.
Any ideas I had regarding my work were encouraged.
The Company
Brilliant. Anything from card games, video games, pool, chess etc.
The initial few weeks were rigidly planned in advance. Beyond there, the formal planning dropped. Though, this was for the better. It allowed for my internship to have more flexibility and best suit my needs.
From programming skills to business / project development practises, I was always learning.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
They offered me a job, so I'd say quite good.
The Culture
It was perfect.
Bristol is more expensive than Coventry (where I came from) but it's not as bad as London.
I don't have a nightlife.
Yes. Lots of opportunities to get involved with teaching children how to program.
