The Role
The internship team did a great job of organising interesting talks, networking sessions and social events.
They welcomed me into the team straight away, giving me valuable work to do and never treating me like an intern.
J.P. Morgan is great at providing guidence, everyone is so willing to take time out to talk to you and help you get the most out of your career.
I feel I had a great balance between work that added value to the team, but also having some time to shadow other departments and take training courses.
It is impossible to come in for such a short time and change the company, but I feel the work I did was vital and benefited my team.
It really is amazing how much you can learn in 11 weeks, I know my knowledge has increased exponentially and this will definitely benefit me in the future.
The Company
My office was a great place to be working as the people were very friendly.
Very well organised, lots of events that ran very smoothly.
Endless speaker sessions, breakfast and lunch learning and online training.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
J.P. Morgan is an amazing company, both reputation wise and from the way they value their employees. I would love to come back and work for them.
The Culture
J.P. Morgan organised lots of great events, I've met some amazing people on this internship and had a great time.
London is an expensive city, but a great place to live nevertheless.
Endless nearby bars and clubs.
Endless social activities, would have liked more opportunity to involved in sports teams.
