The Role
The work was challenging but the support network good
Small team that integrated well
Support was of good quality, if lacking in abundance at times
I had a full project handed over to me, so found myself busy but not overwhelmed
I was given full autonomy over a project
Definitely will look good in the CV!
The Company
Was quiter than I was expecting, but a professional yet vibrant atmosphere
The Campus recruitment team were amazing!
It was very clear that the firm took a strong hand in ensuring constant professional development. Even people around me that had been there for years were still completing training packages
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
A very good offer =)
The Culture
Most nights there was something to do if you were so inclined
Cheaper than West End
Good Bars, Good restaurants and very easy to get into the west end
There were some non mandatory events, but with the volume of activities laid on anyway, you had no choice but to get involved outside of work
