The Role
It was great! Environment, people, even the senior management were extremely nice to the interns, not to mention the great skill set and experience opportunities provided.
Work done was valued a lot by the team. I know I have helped them in every aspect possible.
If I had any questions, they had all the answers as well as extras.
Really depends on the day, but overall it was well balanced. Coffee breaks quite usual.
The ability to make it or break it was definitely provided since you were responsible for your work to supervisors.
The learning curve was the steepest I have ever received. The skills, both practical and theoretical, are one of a kind.
The Company
Whenever we had free time we always had time to squeeze in a joke or two!
I think that Human Resources did a great job in organizing different events and speaker series, where we got to ask questions to one of the influential people in the industry as well as the most senior people of the bank.
Numerous training sessions, case studies and just one on one guidance.
I think that the employment prospects are great in the company. A lot of my friends, including myself, got an offer.
The Culture
Great social atmosphere among other students
Great bars!
