The Role
I really liked the work environment and the hours. However, at times there was little work to be done and I was placed in an area of the bank that I do not see myself in the future.
My team is amazing the helped me with any doubt and gave me feedback on what I did.
They gave guidance and feedback all the time.
Not that busy, a lot of free time, finish my projects quite fast.
I had a good amount of responsibility would like more.
Training is not helpful a lot because we teach it to ourselves just reading really long and boring guides instead of someone teaching that to us in a more interactive way the first day we arrive.
The Company
It is a good work environment people are very nice to each other.
It was very well organized with a set of objectives for me to complete by a certain deadline.
In training I don t think they invest at all, we had webinars that were more to promote the bank that to train us.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
If I do not get into the investment side of the bank I will not work here.
The Culture
I made great friends with the other interns and had lunch with them every day.
It is ok. I was leaving in London so socializing is quite expensive and I never got the opportunity to got out in Milton Keynes.
We went for drinks twice. But I had lunch with the other intern
