The Role
Not very much. Was not placed in the location I had asked for. Was not in the area I had asked for. I didn't find the atmosphere to be very motivating.
I didn't really meet people until week 5. But when I did people were reasonably nice. But other teams were a lot more friendly from what I understand.
Was supported by my line manager and buddy when I said I would like to meet other teams to see what they do.
Quite busy
Not a lot at the beginning, but near the end a lot of responsibility
The programming skills I picked up will help me understand computers better.
The Company
Everyone has there headphones in. I don't really sit with my team. No one really talks to each other.
The introduction to the team and what the role of the team was could have been better.
They let me do some financial training. Paid for by Santander.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Not very much unless I get a better team and am working in London
The Culture
No. There was no events run for interns to get to know each other.
Cheap compared to London
Nightlife?
Some. A CSR day in a local school was nice.
